Nov. 30, 2010—Indianapolis business executive Mike Gorman, CAPS, CPM, CCIM, of Rose Property Group LLC was sworn in as 2011 National Apartment Association (NAA) Chairman of the Board during a ceremony this month at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown.
Gorman has nearly 30 years' experience as an apartment management industry professional and currently is President of Rose Property Group, a division of Edward Rose Building Enterprise in Indianapolis.
Gorman, who earned his MBA from Butler University in 1998, was elected to the Indiana Apartment Association's Board of Directors in 1995 and served as its President in 2001 and 2002. Gorman has served on NAA's Executive Committee since 2007 and was NAA Chairman-Elect in 2010.
Also sworn in to serve on the 2011 NAA Board of Directors were Jerry Wilkinson, CCIM, of The Wilkinson Group Inc., Atlanta, Chairman-Elect; Alexandra Jackiw, CAPS, CPM, of Buckingham Management LLC, Indianapolis, Vice Chairman; Brad Williams, CPM, of Lincoln Property Company, Dallas, Treasurer; and Tom Beaton, CPM, of The Dolben Co., Boston, Secretary.
