The Bainbridge Companies and Pinecrest Partners Open Doors to One Easton Apartment Community

NEWARK, NJ – Residents have begun moving in to One Easton, Newark’s newest 220-unit, 440-bed apartment community located in the heart of town that also is just a short walk to the University of Delaware campus and Newark’s Main Street.

More than 157 residents have already enjoyed early move-ins this summer. The property features 10 different two-bedroom floor plans, allowing residents to select the floor plan type that best fits their needs. The Bainbridge Companies, LLC and Pinecrest Partners, LLC are partners on the property. Campus Advantage is the property and leasing manager.

“One Easton is the perfect place for the young professional to unwind and for the student to study – all in one place,” said Jay Perez, general manager of One Easton.

One Easton units are fully furnished and feature individual bathrooms for each bedroom. Amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, an all-season courtyard with a heated pavilion, hammocks, business center, all-inclusive rent and a private, covered parking garage. One Easton is a “one step shop” in that all of its amenities are under one roof, which is unique in the Newark market.

“Here at One Easton, our staff strives to provide excellent customer service while fostering a sense of community,” said Briana Moore, leasing manager of One Easton.

“We believe this investment fits our objective of creating and operating high quality, well-located student housing facilities at desirable universities, and we look forward to successful operations at this property going forward,” said Stephen Perlmutter, CEO of Pinecrest.

One Easton’s staff provides events, resources and information to help create an experience catered to the individual resident, such as opportunities to meet fellow residents, participate in volunteer and philanthropy activities, obtain career coaching, learn about local attractions and events or receive referrals to community resources.

The property also includes a study lounge with individual study nooks, group project rooms and a computing center with color printing, as well as a stylish clubroom with the fastest internet speeds in town and a tea and coffee bar.
