SAN FRANCISCO, CA - Veritas Investments, a privately owned real estate firm based in San Francisco, announced Nina Tran has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Throughout Nina’s 25-year career, she has been integrally involved in real estate financing, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, accounting and reporting, and business process improvements.
Most notably, Nina led several sizable debt financings and mergers at her previous role as CFO at Starwood Waypoint Residential Trust, in addition to taking Starwood Waypoint public in 2014. Moreover, in her previous role at Prologis, Inc., the largest owner, operator, and developer of industrial real estate, Nina played an integral role in leading the merger and integration of Prologis and AMB Property Corporation, and oversaw the global finance operations for AMB.
In her new role at Veritas, Nina will focus her operations and financial management skills on building best in class finance, accounting, and human resources teams and working with the other executives to grow the firm’s real estate investment portfolio.
