GAINESVILLE, FL - Trimark Properties is thrilled to announce the addition of Laura Suarez to its dedicated marketing team. Suarez will serve as the department’s Digital Marketing and Advertising Associate marketing Trimark’s award winning portfolio of luxury dorms for University of Florida students in Gainesville.

Trimark Properties is a thirty-five time winner of the Gainesville City Beautification Award. To manage Trimark’s growing projects, the award-winning company has added multiple professionals to its team in various branches. Suarez’s role primarily includes marketing of Trimark’s award winning luxury dorms to incoming freshmen to the University of Florida, assist in the floorplan layout designs, and create virtual tours. Suarez comes prepared with an arsenal of tools required to match the growing need for off campus housing needs for UF students.

Before joining Trimark Properties, Suarez worked for Boardroom PR, one of Florida’s largest public relations and integrated marketing agencies, as a Multimedia Specialist where she combined her creative and digital skills to deliver client messaging across multiple platforms. From designing ads to shooting and editing video, she delivered goal-oriented content to her clients in various industries including health care, law, non-profit, retail and real estate.
Although a Miami Hurricane, Suarez enjoys being around Gators. Suarez graduated from the University of Miami with a double major in Broadcast Journalism and Caribbean History. Her perfect day consist of a long run and lifting logs along the way. She is delighted to be living near The Swamp with her Marine husband and their two awesome children.
