Dougherty Mortgage Closes $10.1 Million Fannie Mae Loan for Water Chase Apartment Homes

ARLINGTON, VA - Dougherty Mortgage, a full service national mortgage banking firm, recently closed a $10.1 million Fannie Mae loan for the acquisition of Water Chase Apartment Homes, a 200-unit market rate multifamily apartment property located in Arlington, Texas. 

Individual units include washer/dryer connections, walk-in closets, and a private balcony or patio.  Property amenities in the pet-friendly, gated community include a swimming pool, fitness center and clothing care center. 

The Fannie Mae 12-year term, 2-year interest only, 30-year amortization loan was arranged for borrower TFG Waterchase Apartments, LLC through a partnership with Old Capital Lending and Dougherty’s Vienna, Virginia office.
