NOVO Properties Announces Acquisition of Mixed-Use Development Site in Bethesda, Maryland

NOVO Properties (NOVO) is pleased to announce that is has closed on the former Steamers Restaurant (Steamers) located in the Woodmont Triangle of Bethesda, MD.

This is NOVO’s first acquisition in Bethesda. NOVO is currently proposing a mixed-use building with approximately 2,800 square feet of ground-floor retail and up to 58 residential units.

“We love the character and charm of Woodmont Triangle and view it as the heart and soul of downtown Bethesda. This is an area that is seeing increased growth and development and NOVO is excited to be a part of it,” stated Neil Goradia, Partner with NOVO Properties.
