San Antonio, Texas – (August 18, 2010) – Capital Area Housing Finance Corporation (CAHFC), The NRP Group LLC and Centerpoint Energy recently hosted a grand opening event to celebrate Encino Pointe, San Marcos' newest apartment complex offering affordable living and modern luxury to working families. The event took place at the community center at Encino Pointe, 1800 Post Road, San Marcos, TX 78666.
Grand opening participants included Mayor Susan Narvaiz, County Judge Liz Sumter, County Commissioner Karen Ford; and representatives of the development participants: Dan Markson, Senior Vice President of Development for The NRP Group; and Jim Shaw, Executive Director, CAHFC, as well as Encino Pointe residents.
