Haven Campus Communities Announces a New Student Housing Project for the University of South Florida

ATLANTA, GA – Haven Campus Communities is pleased to announce a new student housing community at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. The property is located on 46th street, just a few blocks away from the main entrance to the USF campus. Haven will develop a 158-unit, 542-bed property that will be delivered in time for the Fall 2018 semester.

The ground floor amenity spaces will consist of two contiguous courtyards, each boasting its own style of amenities while seamlessly flowing into the next courtyard. This will include a large lounge area leading out to a spacious resort-style pool, covered grills, hammocks and fire pits. The 24-hour fitness center will include On-Demand fitness classes for group and individual workouts and brand new, state-of-the-art equipment. The clubhouse will feature a cyber-lounge with charging stations, tech savvy study rooms with Smart TVs, a coffee bar, pool tables, shuffle board, and numerous unique gathering spaces throughout. “Haven’s goal is to reflect a contemporary style that resonates with students,” explains Jay Williams, Haven Campus Communities’ President and Co-founder. “We are excited to bring a new standard for innovation, technology and amenities to the Tampa market that reflects what today’s students expect.”

The focus on technology is evident with offerings like the dynamic wireless and wired internet service that will be provided throughout the entire property via its own on-site managed network, ensuring residents the fastest, most reliable online experience in the market. Enhanced security will be provided through a sophisticated mobile-enabled access control system. And in addition to the luxury amenities spaces and innovative technology, students can take advantage of the covered multi-layered garage offering parking to 100% of the residents, something no competitors in the market offers.

Individual units will feature furnished apartments with upscale kitchens, large flat screen televisions, washers and dryers, spacious private bedrooms and bathrooms and trundle beds with pillow top mattresses. Residents will enjoy all-inclusive rental packages including electricity, water, cable, and internet. “We look forward to a successful relationship with the students, the university, and the surrounding community,” said Jay Williams.
