MIAMI, FL - Just less than a year after breaking ground, Moss & Associates recently hosted a topping out celebration for Broadstone Brickell, a new 372-unit luxury rental property planned by Alliance Residential.
More than 375 construction team members, supervisors, executives, realtors, and local officials were invited to participate in the festivities.

The 407,335-square-foot project, located at 255 SW 11th Street consists of a 24-story tower, seven-story 520-space parking garage and 10 three-story linear townhome units. Residents will enjoy a resort style pool deck, clubroom, cyber cafe, demonstration kitchen, state of the art fitness studio, movie theater, bike center, and a pet-grooming spa.
