ROCHESTER, NY - Following the retirement of Marilyn Thomas, Regional Manager, Conifer Realty has restructured the Property Management configuration in the Erie, Pennsylvania region.
Catherine Byrne has been promoted to Regional Manager. Catherine has been working in the Erie Region for 19 years, most recently as District Manager. “Her deep knowledge of properties and procedures, as well as her firm but fair leadership skills make her the perfect choice to take over for Marilyn,” said Thomas Johnson, Executive Vice President and CFO. In addition to her regional duties, she will continue to manage her district of 10 apartment communities.
Michele LeSuer will assume the administrative responsibilities of the Erie office. Michele will also continue to manager her district of 10 apartment communities. Her focus on accountability and attention to detail make her an asset to the entire region.
Heidi Decker has been promoted to Area Manager. She has been in the Erie Region for 10 years where she started as an Administrative Assistant and has continually taken on more and more responsibility, including managing two apartment communities. In her new role as Area Manager, Heidi will be responsible for seven communities.
This collaboration of team members will bring the entire Conifer portfolio together under one umbrella blending Regional best practices. We truly believe this will allow us to “do what we do, better.”
