Sustainability consultant and real estate investment expert, Jim Simcoe, will be hosting a green real estate investment business seminar this September 18th and 19th in San Diego.
This event aims to help its participants learn how to cheaply turn any property green, leverage billions of dollars available in rebates and stimulus funds, understand the basics of green retrofits, and create a sustainable business that supports their values and communities. The seminar is open to anyone wishing to get involved in green real estate investment.

He teaches Green Business Operations at California State University, San Marcos and serves on the Board of Directors for the New World Leadership Children's Academy (a flagship green school) in Encinitas, CA.
