CHICAGO, IL - Essex Realty Group, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has hired one of Chicago’s leading multi-family sales brokerage teams. The team consists of industry veteran, Steven Livaditis, who is joining Essex as a Partner and Managing Director. Over the course of Steve’s 21 year career, he has been involved in nearly $1 billion of property transactions.

Also joining Essex as a Director is Joseph Scheck. Joe impressively closed more than $30 million of transactions in the first two years of his career. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa, earning his degree in Analytical Economics. He is currently a CFA Level III candidate.
According to Essex Principal, Doug Fisher, “Joe is a work-horse and is one of the most effective young brokers in Chicago’s apartment market today.” Joe was exposed to the multi-family industry from an early age, growing up working in his family’s investment real estate business.
Additionally, Brandon Redweik is joining Essex as an Associate. Brandon is a recent graduate of The University of Illinois, where he earned degrees in Molecular and Cellular Biology and Psychology. During college, Brandon worked in the sales of agricultural properties, helping to transact over $50 million in sales across the Country. According to Livaditis, Brandon’s analytic background, combined with his passion for real estate, is a perfect fit for Essex’ culture.
