Blue Ridge Selected to Manage Two Multifamily Communities in Wilmington, North Carolina

HIGH POINT, NC - Blue Ridge Companies, a High Point, NC-based real estate development and management company, has been selected to provide management services for two communities in Wilmington, NC. The two communities recently added to the Blue Ridge portfolio include Pleasant Grove Village and Village Green.

Pleasant Grove Village is a townhouse community located in southern Wilmington with convenient access to Carolina Beach. The community, located at 4830 South College Road in Wilmington, includes 79 townhome units with rents starting at $955 a month. The townhomes feature comfortable 2 & 3 bedroom floor plans and up to 1,350 square feet with updated kitchens and flooring in select units.

Village Green apartments, located adjacent to UNC-Wilmington and just a short 3 minute walk to campus, is also now under management by Blue Ridge Companies and is located at 820 MacMillan Avenue North. The recently updated apartments feature plans ranging in size from 700 square feet up to 1,050 square feet. The community has 138 units with one, two, and three bedroom options, as well as luxury features such as as hardwood floors, oversized closets and garden tubs in select, newly upgraded units.  Village Green is conveniently situated minutes from area beaches and downntown Wilmington. Tennis courts, a saltwater pool and a community grilling and picnic area round out the community amenities.
