July 7, 2010—The National Apartment Association (NAA) is building an Online Resource Center to benefit its members, affiliates and suppliers. The Online Resource Center will be a virtual encyclopedia with everything that apartment professionals want to know relevant to the multifamily housing industry. It is expected to launch in the fall.

NAA is currently compiling a wide range of resources on a variety of topics, including staff development, marketing strategy, resident retention, policies and procedures, legal issues, bed bugs, environmental sustainability, rent control and so much more. Resources include sample forms, sample policies, white papers, position papers, human resource-based documents, onsite policy guidelines, marketing brochures, tip sheets, letters and news articles.

NAA is asking affiliates, members and supplier partners to submit any resources they might have that would benefit others, including sample forms, insightful white papers or statistical data. NAA also welcomes recommendation from those in the industry about what information they are seeking.

Contact NAA's Mary Scott at 703/797-0645 or mary@naahq.org.
