July 1, 2010—Condoleezza Rice, who served as the 66th U.S. Secretary of State and as National Security Advisor under President George W. Bush, will headline another fantastic group of speakers at the 2011 NAA Education Conference & Exposition in Las Vegas, June 23-25, at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Convention Center.
Rice, currently a professor of business and political science at Stanford University and the Thomas and Barbara Stephenson Senior Fellow on Public Policy at the Hoover Institution, was the first African-American woman Secretary of State.
Also among the confirmed speakers for the NAA Education Conference & Exposition is best-selling author Daniel Pink. In his latest New York Times best-seller, "Drive: The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us," Pink upends the conventional wisdom that the best way to inspire performance is through external rewards, financial and otherwise. He examines 40 years of research in behavioral science that calls into question how we run our businesses, our schools and many aspects of our lives. He is currently a contributing editor at Wired.
Be sure to save the date to see these exciting speakers at the 2011 Education Conference. Visit www.naahq.org/educonf for details.
