LOUISVILLE, KY– Capstone Capital announces the recent acquisition financing of JTown Portfolio Apartments in Louisville, KY. This transaction consisted of combing 2 properties located 0.3 miles away from each other and the borrowers requested 80% loan to value, both challenging feats.
The 131 total unit portfolio qualified for Freddie Mac financing at a loan amount of $4,559,000. This was the second loan financed by Capstone Capital for these owners this year.
