JACKSONVILLE, FL – Shannon Gregory, a Regional Director for WRH Realty Services, Inc., was recently recognized at the Florida Apartment Association conference in Orlando, Florida as the Management Volunteer of the Year for the First Coast Apartment Association (FCAA). Mrs. Gregory serves FCAA in many capacities as a board member, instructor, committee chair, and advocate. She has been with WRH Realty Services, Inc. for 3 years and oversees a portfolio of over 2,000 units in the Jacksonville area. With this position, she encourages her portfolio of team members to pursue designations and to attend FCAA events.
The First Coast Apartment Association provides nationally recognized designation and certificate programs that provide its members with the skills needed to succeed in the ever evolving apartment industry. FCAA also offers a wide array of workshops and seminars in topics including leasing, marketing, landlord tenant law, fair housing, maintenance and technology.
