Lincoln's Main Street Village Wins Award

ANAHEIM, CA – Lincoln Property's Main Street Village in Irvine earned "Development of the Year" honors at the recent 10th annual Greater Excellence in Management and Maintenance (GEMM) awards.

Hosted April 22 by the South Coast Apartment Association, more than 1,100 multifamily executives, industry vendors, elected officials and community leaders gathered at the Hilton Anaheim to honor the industry's top projects and professionals. The event's platinum sponsors were MAG - Multi-Family Ancillary Group and Greater Alarm.

During the event, hosted by Fox 11 anchor Christine Devine, SCAA presented a $10,000 check to the Southwest Community Center, which has served the homeless in Santa Ana civic center area for more than 40 years. An accidental fire destroyed its facilities in December.
