Golden Construction Awarded $32.5 Million Multifamily Uptown Fayetteville Project

BIRMINGHAM, AL - Golden Construction announced it has been awarded the $32.5 million Uptown Fayetteville multifamily project in Fayetteville, Arkansas by Specialized Real Estate Group.

This 308-unit walkable modern apartment community will include retail space on the 1st floor and consist of 7 buildings totaling 340,000 square feet. Modus Studio will serve as the architect on the project.
