La Mesa California’s Newest Multifamily Community Nears Final Completion

LA MESA, CA - Final completion of The Quarry, La Mesa’s newest apartment community, is scheduled for June 1. Situated on 1.6 acres across from a neighborhood park, the rental community is at 4330 Palm Ave., and was developed by Silvergate Development, LLC as the managing partner of Palm Terrace La Mesa Partners, LLC.

Sunrise Management recently assumed management of the $14 million, 60-unit, three-building complex, adjacent to both La Mesa Village and the San Diego Trolley Station, and move-ins started earlier this month.

Sustainable features such as photo-voltaic solar panels, increased insulation, energy efficient double paned windows, LED lighting and natural spring water for irrigation are all hallmarks of the new community, which will feature one- and two-bedroom floorplans with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, vaulted ceilings and upgraded flooring, as well as an elevated courtyard with a barbecue and parking with carports.

Designed by Tanner Hecht Architecture, the community features contemporary urban style architecture. Construction was led by Highland Partnership, Inc.

The Quarry is located near all the conveniences of the village of La Mesa and is in the La Mesa-Spring Valley School District.
