Trulia Chooses RentWiki.com as Key Partner

ATLANTA, GA - 04/07/2010 - Trulia.com announced today their entrance into the rental category and picked the social rental search site RentWiki.com as one of their partners. RentWiki's nearly 3 million rental units will be added to Trulia's database and Trulia will continue to provide its users with local ratings and information, community insights and market data.

"We've been preparing to get into the rental market for some time," said Pete Flint, CEO and co-founder of Trulia.com. "We wanted to make sure we had an excellent product, an excellent user experience and an excellent strategy when we announced our entrance. RentWiki provides Trulia a solid rental listings base and a seasoned management team that knows how to successfully build in this space."

"Trulia's online personality and product is very similar to RentWiki's," explained Jamie Gallo, CEO of RentWiki.com. "We are excited to be a key launch partner because both sites are about consumers connecting with consumer insights and professionals in the Real Estate and rental industries. With RentWiki's additional rental content, Trulia can now provide a comprehensive experience for active renters, home buyers, sellers and real estate enthusiasts."

RentWiki.com first launched the site in 2008 with neighborhood content in four major cities. Today, RentWiki is nationwide and has user- generated neighborhood content in more than 1,300 neighborhoods and cities. RentWiki's goal is to provide the renter with comprehensive information on potential neighborhoods and apartment rentals. The site does this via advice provided by other renters and property management experts, and through integrating relevant content from other sites including Walkscore, Twitter, and Eventful.

About RentWiki.com

RentWiki.com is the first rental website to utilize social media to help renters answer the important question: "What are the local residents saying about the neighborhood?" The website couples a rental search with user-generated content, neighborhood reviews, and the ability for renters and locals to talk to each other. With the vision that finding a place to live should be more social than just surfing Craigslist.com, RentWiki.com aims to turn the rental search into an interactive and community driven process.
