Ambling Management Company Announces Senior Leadership Team Promotions

VALDOSTA, GA – Ambling Management Company, a national leader in student, affordable, multifamily and military housing, announced today a number of new senior leadership promotions as part of their 2015 strategic initiatives.

Michael Davis has been promoted from Regional Vice President to Senior Vice President of New Business Development.  In his new role, Davis will lead all efforts related to Ambling Student Housing’s national business development platform. Michael Davis will continue to work with the executive leadership team to build lasting relationships with key development and owners of student housing assets. Davis has been with Ambling for over fifteen years and started his career as a Community Assistant.

Steve Harvey has been promoted to Senior Vice President of HUD Portfolio from Regional Vice President. In this newly created position, Steve Harvey will oversee all activities of assets falling under the Ambling housing and urban development portfolio. Harvey’s involvement will ensure effective implementation and consistent follow-through promoting efficiency and profitability. Harvey has over thirty years of experience in the multi-family industry.

Angela Waller has been promoted to Vice President of HUD Compliance from Director of HUD Compliance.  Waller will oversee compliance for all of Ambling Management Company’s affordable HUD portfolio covering a wide variety of HUD programs. Waller will ensure compliance with federal, state and company regulations, while ensuring consistency and superior performance. Angela Waller will continue to be the face of Ambling Management Company to all HUD Field Offices and Contract Administrators. Waller has over twenty-five years of housing experience.

Stacy Day has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Tax Credit Compliance from Vice President of Tax Credit Compliance. Day will oversee low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) compliance for Ambling Management Company’s affordable housing portfolio.  Stacy Day will conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company, state and IRS rules and regulations. Day is responsible for compliance conversion of company acquired HUD portfolios to guarantee conformity to all LIHTC guidelines. Day has extensive experience in affordable compliance and multi-family operations.
