Wermers Multi-Family Mobilizes and Prepares to Commence Construction Project in San Diego

SAN DIEGO, CA - Wermers Multi-Family Corporation, one of the nation’s top apartment general contractors, was awarded the contract for the 302-unit project located on Spectrum Center Boulevard, Kearny Mesa. 

Wermers Multi-Family Corporation will be building Ariva 4, the fourth phase of the Ariva Apartment Community (click here to see a rendering of the project). Ariva is a podium project featuring 302 units of Type IIIA construction. The 5-story apartment project over 3 levels of cast in place concrete also includes a state of the art leasing center, business center, fitness center and spectacular rooftop pool and lounge area. Occupancy and substantial completion is scheduled for late 2017.

Wermers’ project team will be led by 26-year veteran Vice President, Richard Wood, and Project Manager, Ken Maskevich, both men are industry leaders in complicated Podium Projects.
