1,400-Plus Apartment Professionals Expected at Northern California Rental Housing Conference

SANTA CLARA, CA - More than 1,400 multifamily housing professionals are expected to attend a rental housing conference and expo next month in California's Silicon Valley. On Wednesday, April 8, CAA Connect - Northern California Rental Housing Conference & Expo comes to the Santa Clara Convention Center.

Attendees will include representatives from California's leading property management companies and Real Estate Investment Trusts, as well as independent rental owners and vendors.

The exhibit hall will include more than 160 booths from businesses that serve the rental housing industry, from roofers to security companies to staffing agencies.

Other highlights include 10 seminars for rental housing professionals, a CEO panel discussion and how to workshops.

When: Wednesday, April 8, 2015. On-site registration opens at 8 a.m. Expo floor is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
