BGO Architects Celebrates Grand Opening of New 164-Unit Work Force Housing Community

DALLAS, TX – BGO Architects, KWA Construction, and Matthews Southwest celebrated the grand opening of Belleview, a 164-unit multifamily development that provides top quality living at an affordable cost. Located at 1400 Belleview Street, Belleview is a vibrant, mixed-use development that offers conveniently located housing to working families. The development includes a variety of amenities including a business center, fitness center, outdoor grilling area, and children’s play areas.

The development is the result of individuals, businesses and government working together to ensure continued positive growth near downtown Dallas. “We are very happily surprised,” Jack Matthews said. “This project validates the need for more housing in the Cedars.   Erik Earnshaw of BGO Architects added, “Belleview is an effort to improve and expand the availability of quality, affordable housing for families, near their places of work.”

The ribbon-cutting ceremony participants included Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings, Jack Matthews of Mathews Southwest.  The $24 million development is located in the Cedars, an area just south of downtown Dallas.  The project also includes 7,500 square feet of retail and commercial space.  This project is a continuation of Mayor Mike Rawlings signature “Grow South” initiative.
