Stonegate Crossing Apartment Community in Clive, Iowa Opens to First Residents

WEST DES MOINES, IA - Stonegate Crossing, a 198-unit multi-family community in Clive, has opened its first apartment homes to residents. The $19.7 million project, developed by Hubbell Realty Company, is located on the southeast corner of Boston Parkway and NW 156th Street.

Currently, 50 apartment homes are occupied. The first residents moved in last month fresh on the heels of final construction of the first units, with renters moving into subsequent units as they were made available. Leasing remains active and will continue throughout construction with apartments opening to residents upon completion of construction.

“Stonegate Crossing has exceeded our expectations in the quality built into the apartments in the materials, finish details and upgraded appliances, and, most satisfying, the leasing process was smooth and made our move-in a pleasant experience,” said one resident who recently moved into Stonegate Crossing.

In total, the development consists of 96 one-bedroom units, 54 two-bedroom, 48 three-bedroom and 198 garages within six buildings. Stonegate Crossing features spacious floor plans, contemporary interiors and soaring ceilings. Community amenities include a swimming pool and clubhouse with community room, theater room, business center, internet café and 24-hour fitness center.

“Our team opened a similar product in Waukee last year to much success, and we are excited that the momentum has carried over into Stonegate Crossing,” said Krista Capp, Senior Vice President of Hubbell Property Management. “We have received great feedback so far, and our team is thrilled that people are as pleased with the variety of floor plans and finishes as we are.”

Stonegate Crossing is located at 15400 Boston Parkway, Clive, Iowa, and is being built by Hubbell Construction Services and managed by Hubbell Apartment Living. Construction is expected to be completed in spring 2015. For more information, call 515-221-6633 or visit www.hubbellapartments.com.
