This solution delivers a MITS-compliant interface to property managers to seamlessly integrate RentGrow TotalScreen applicant data into the latest version of Yardi's Voyager property management system, maximizing productivity and optimizing the overall screening process.
The Yardi-TotalScreen interface allows rental applicant data to flow directly from Yardi Voyager into RentGrow's screening process, then back to Yardi where users can view the screening results. It reduces data entry and improves speed and efficiency in the leasing office. The interface update also positions RentGrow's TotalScreen to integrate with Yardi's Prospect Portal, enabling around-the-clock online applications and resident screening.
