CHESAPEAKE, VA - Wood Partners, L.L.C announced today that it has completed construction on Streets of Greenbrier, a luxury apartment community adjacent to the Greenbrier Mall, and already has leased 81 percent of the 280 units.
“We owe a special thanks to the many people who played a role in the development and construction of this project,” said Carter Siegel, regional development director for Wood Partners’ East Region. “Our team has worked extremely hard to make Streets of Greenbrier one of the best communities in the Chesapeake area.”
The 280 unit project at 929 Wintercress Way, which was in development for several years, sits on approximately 13.8 acres next to the Greenbrier Mall and within a two-mile radius of Chesapeake’s most vibrant shopping, dining and nightlife areas. The community includes one- two- and three-bedroom floor plans and lofts in three- and four-story buildings and seven carriage units. The carriage units, which afford more privacy and make transitioning from a house to an apartment easier for renters, have been extremely popular.
