The Marketing Directors Awarded Three Manhattan Assignments by Simon Baron Development Group

NEW YORK, NY - The Marketing Directors, a leading, national development advisory and master property marketing and sales force that works exclusively on behalf of owners and builders, has been chosen by Simon Baron Development Group to manage the marketing, leasing and sales campaigns of its three newest luxury residential developments in Manhattan – 12 East 88th Street, 166 West 75th Street and 393 West End Avenue. The Marketing Directors will oversee all aspects of each development’s marketing campaign in addition to the leasing of 166 West 75th Street and 393 West End Avenue and the sales at 12 East 88th Street.

“The Marketing Directors have the launch of new developments down to a science. They are great at staying ahead of the pulse of the industry, and know exactly how to successfully position a property in the market,” said Matthew Baron, President of Simon Baron Development Group. “They are one of the first calls we made during the planning for these new developments. We are excited to work with them again.”

Located in the Upper East Side’s Carnegie Hill neighborhood, 12 East 88th Street is a prewar building that will be transformed into classically beautiful luxury condominiums. The 13-story building is located just steps away from Central Park and some of the most exclusive shops and restaurants in the City.

In addition to 12 East 88th Street, The Marketing Directors will also advise on two of Simon Baron Development Group’s newest luxury rental properties in the heart of the Upper West Side. Both 166 West 75th Street and 393 West End Avenue offer potential renters thoughtfully designed homes in a vibrant neighborhood with quick access to New York City landmarks such as the Beacon Theatre, Hudson River, Central Park, and the American Museum of Natural History.

“We are very proud to partner with Simon Baron Development Group on its newest projects, and to be a trusted advisor for the company,” said Jacqueline Urgo, president of The Marketing Directors. “These three developments have something for everyone, especially those who are looking for a home that incorporates classic architecture with modern conveniences. Each property is located in well-established neighborhoods that puts New York’s best amenities right at their fingertips.”

The team at The Marketing Directors first worked with Simon Baron Development Group on a joint venture project with Meadow Partners known as The Crescent Club in Long Island City.

The Marketing Directors is currently serving as the exclusive rental agent on several properties throughout Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, New Jersey’s gold coast and central New Jersey.
