MINNEAPOLIS, MN - Dougherty Mortgage LLC, a full service national mortgage banking firm, has originated a $5.5 million loan for the refinancing of Joseph’s Pointe at Upper Landing, a 90-unit multifamily affordable housing property located in St. Paul, Minnesota.  The property was constructed in 2004 with 100% of the units restricted at 60% or below the area median income. 

The 35-year term, 35-year amortization loan was arranged by Dougherty's Minneapolis, Minnesota office for Chestnut Housing, L.P.
