The SmarterFlush™ retrofit kit saves water by allowing the user to choose how much water to flush. The user chooses from two adjustable flush volumes; a full, 1.6 gallon flush for solid waste, or a "half" for a 1.0 gallon flush for liquid waste and/or paper.
Using very conservative estimates, a 200-unit property with 300 toilets would save at minimum 1,000,000 gallons of water if a was placed in every toilet.
The SmarterFlush™ retrofit kit also eliminates all leaking toilets – the leading cause of water loss in this country – by replacing the flapper with leak proof silicon drop valve.
The SmarterFlush™ retrofit kit also eliminates the carbon footprint associated with the construction and distribution of the new toilet, as well as the removal and disposal of the existing toilet.
The SmarterFlush™ retrofit kit installs easily on all 2-piece toilets with a 2" drain in 30 minutes or less.
