ALAMONTE SPRINGS, FL - LeCesse Development Corporation, a nationally recognized multifamily developer based in Altamonte Springs, Florida, is proud to announce the commencement of GrandeVille at JubiLee Park, the first phase of a three-phase development planned for a total of 1,064 apartment units. Phase one will include a 330-unit luxury apartment community at Lee Vista in Orlando, Florida.
