Living Off Campus 101 LLC was developed to streamline the relationship between the university and off campus housing property landlords. The objective of LOC 101 is to provide students and faculty with the most current off campus housing information available. LOC 101 can essentially provide a university with an off campus housing department without the associated overhead expense.
LOC 101 enables landlords to market their properties directly to the students through an off campus housing listing service and/or an off campus housing pamphlet.
LOC 101 develops and implements an off campus housing listing service which landlords can access to upload real time property information such as rents, square footages, amenities, contact information, occupancy levels, floor plans, and property pictures throughout their subscription period. This service allows students and faculty to search properties based on specific criteria in addition to accessing a map showing property location relative to the university.
LOC 101's pamphlet is not only packed with excellent property information, but it also references the specific off campus housing listing service generating increased user traffic as well. LOC 101 works directly with a university department or university organization in distribution of the pamphlet.
