Village Green Names Greg Weingast Executive Vice President of Strategic Development

FARMINGTON, MI - With its continuous and planned growth in the Midwest and East Coast multifamily luxury rental markets, Village Green is pleased to announce the addition of Greg Weingast as executive vice president of strategic development.

In this new role, Weingast will assist with the acquisition of both core plus and renovation properties, the implementation of strategic initiatives and executing special projects.

Prior to joining Village Green, Weingast spent 16 years at Archstone, most recently as executive vice president. In his role at Archstone, he was charged with acquisitions, structured investments, asset management, dispositions and special projects.

Weingast received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from American University in Washington, D.C. He is on the board of directors of the Anacostia Watershed Society and Calvary Women’s Shelter. Weingast also serves on the executive committee of the D.C. affiliate of Higher Achievement.
