COLUMBUS, OH - Guardian Water & Power, a leading provider of submetering products and utility cost recovery services today announced the opening of its new sales and technical services office in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
The Ann Arbor office will support GWP’s GuardianSoft+ utility management platform providing multifamily real estate investors and property managers with interactive real-time information designed to maximize recovery of utility costs and increase net operating income.
Jaclyn Keaser, Director of Operations at GWP, will now be based out of Ann Arbor where she will continue her current responsibilities as well as pursue strategic business development opportunities in the Great Lakes region including Michigan, Wisconsin and Lower Ontario, Canada.
Guardian employs a team of multifamily professionals trained in utility management, finance and information technology. The GuardianSoft+ utility management platform is based on federally copyrighted software modules created by the Guardian IT development team. The modules can be integrated with all major property management software.
