SAN FRANCISCO, CA - The Sierra Point Group announced today that it has opened its new offices in downtown San Francisco, California at One Embarcadero Center. The Company specializes in developing multifamily housing through new construction and the acquisition and rehabilitation of existing projects. Sierra Point’s core development team along with support staff will be based in San Francisco.
Since 2005, the Sierra Point Group has developed 317 units of affordable and market rate residential units and landmark retail and commercial space together with its affiliates. These properties have a combined value of over $200 million. The Sierra Point Group intends to develop and invest in multifamily housing nationwide with an initial focus on West Coast markets. The Company is committed to developing sustainable projects and being long-term stewards of multifamily assets.
