LAS VEGAS, NV - CloudTen Residential, a growing Nevada-based property management firm, has promoted Jessica Weil to vice president of operations, expanding her leadership role to oversee operations across the Western United States, including Arizona and Nevada.
Previously serving as regional vice president, Weil has played an integral role in CloudTen's continued growth and success since joining the company in 2022. In her new position, she will oversee operational performance across select CloudTen markets – providing strategic leadership, driving operational excellence and ensuring the company's continued commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for residents, clients and team members.
According to Melissa Deen, president of CloudTen Residential, Weil has been instrumental in strengthening operational performance throughout the Nevada region while helping support the company's continued expansion into new markets. Her expertise in team development, property operations, financial performance and resident satisfaction has consistently contributed to the firm's growth and success. Weil brings more than 20 years of multifamily housing experience to her expanded leadership role. Prior to joining CloudTen Residential, she held regional leadership positions with Cushman & Wakefield and Greystar, overseeing large multifamily portfolios and driving operational, financial and team performance across multiple markets. Her industry experience also includes leadership roles with Dasmen Residential and Fairfield Residential. She holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in psychology.
