NORTH MIAMI BEACH, FL - Mater Academy celebrates the 2026 opening of the Mater Academy SoLé Mia campus, welcoming nearly 200 students as they begin the school year on August 13 at the school's brand-new, state-of-the-art campus located at 2100 NE 139th Street, North Miami Beach, FL 33181.
The opening marks the realization of a vision first announced in 2023—a high-performing, tuition-free public charter school designed specifically to serve the growing SoLé Mia community while expanding exceptional educational opportunities for families throughout North Miami Beach and the surrounding area.
Many of the students enrolled at Mater Academy SoLé Mia have parents who either live or work within the SoLé Mia community, reflecting the school's unique role as an educational cornerstone for one of South Florida's premier master-planned developments. SoLé Mia residents also receive enrollment preference, further integrating the school into daily life across the neighborhood.
