FORT LAUDERDALE, FL - KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING, a leading provider of residential property management services, has promoted Yadira Hernandez and Camelia Tascan to district manager positions. Hernandez will transition into the role of district manager overseeing communities in Broward County. Tascan will serve as a district manager based in Miami.
The promotions highlight the company’s focus on internal leadership as it manages luxury high-rise, condominium, and master-planned communities throughout South Florida.

Hernandez has more than 18 years of progressive experience in luxury property management across the region. During her 15-year tenure with the company, she has held various leadership roles, starting as an administrative team member, then advancing to property manager, and now to district manager. Her professional background includes overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets, leading large on-site teams, negotiating major contracts and managing complex capital improvement projects.
Hernandez graduated summa cum laude from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance, international banking, and bank management. In her new role, she will support on-site managers and partners with boards to strengthen governance and strategic planning.
Tascan is a skilled professional with international experience in hospitality, property management, and project management. Originally from Romania, she has worked in Dublin, Ireland; Guayaquil, Ecuador; and New York. She is a graduate of New York University and is recognized for her analytical approach to strategic problem-solving.
Beyond her property management expertise, Tascan is a licensed mortgage loan originator and a public notary. She has a proven track record of revitalizing properties and transforming them into thriving operations. As part of the leadership team, she will continue to focus on strategic planning and project management to achieve results for the company.
