CARY, NC - Woodfield Development, one of the nation's leading developers of Class A multifamily communities, and equity partner Eagle Realty Group — a subsidiary of Cincinnati-based Western & Southern Financial Group — have broken ground and commenced construction on a new 330-unit upscale apartment community located at 2818 Macedonia Road in Cary, North Carolina. The five-story wrap-style development on Macedonia Road will introduce a highly amenitized residential community to one of the Triangle’s most desirable and fastest growing markets.

The community will feature 330 apartment residences averaging more than 1,000 square feet, and an amenity package designed to set a new standard for multifamily living throughout the Triangle region.
More than 13,500 square feet of interior amenity space will include a leasing office with a conference room and outdoor patio, a coworking center with private business stations and conference rooms, a coffee and gaming lounge featuring a coffee bar, grab-and-go market and golf simulator, a resident clubhouse with a full kitchen, game area, maker's room and library, a two-story fitness center with a dedicated group fitness studio, a dog spa, and a sky lounge with indoor-outdoor entertaining space overlooking Cary.
Outdoor amenities will span more than 40,000 square feet across three landscaped courtyards featuring an oversized resort-style pool with cabanas, grilling stations, outdoor gathering areas, fire pits, artificial turf recreation spaces, an outdoor fitness area, sauna and cold plunge, as well as a large dog park with separate areas for large and small dogs.
Woodfield Development continues to expand its presence throughout high-growth markets across the Southeast. The Cary community further strengthens the firm's North Carolina portfolio while advancing its strategy of delivering thoughtfully designed multifamily communities in markets experiencing sustained population and employment growth.
First deliveries are anticipated in the second quarter of 2028, with full completion expected in the fourth quarter of 2028.
The project team includes Dwell as architect, Shelton Taylor as interior designer, WithersRavenel, Inc. as civil engineer and landscape architect, and NRP Construction as general contractor.
