MIAMI, FL - WD Capital Group has arranged $101 million in construction financing for Visions Orlando Resort & Spa, a 70-acre master-planned luxury resort community in Davenport, Florida. The financing supports the continued development of one of Central Florida's largest resort residential communities, combining luxury vacation residences with hospitality-driven amenities designed for both owners and guests.
Sponsored by Urban Network Capital Group (UNCG) and Vertical Developments, the project features a mix of single-family homes, townhomes, and condominium residences complemented by an extensive amenity program and neighborhood-serving retail. Across Phases I, II, III, and V, all 460 residential units have been fully pre-sold, providing a strong foundation for the project's construction financing.
The development is being delivered in multiple phases, allowing construction to advance while maintaining flexibility for future expansion. Upon completion, the master-planned community will include a 277-unit condo-hotel, approximately four acres of commercial space, and a comprehensive amenity offering designed to serve both residents and visitors.
WD Capital Group served as capital advisor to both the developer and the lender, structuring and arranging the $101 million construction financing facility.
