PHOENIX, AZ - TSB Capital Advisors, the national leader in student housing and multifamily real estate advisory services, is proud to announce the hiring of Wen De Tam as the firm’s new Head of International Capital Markets. Wen De will help lead the growth of the company by cultivating relationships and promoting equity participation from international capital sources.

Wen De brings more than a decade of leadership experience to TSB Capital Advisors, including roles that specialized in investment and asset management in both student housing and traditional multifamily. Prior to joining TSB, he spent over a decade at Mapletree Investments, including a relocation from Singapore to Los Angeles to spearhead Mapletree’s first U.S. office in 2015. Wen De last held the position of Director of Investments at Mapletree, where he structured and transacted over $3 billion of multifamily and student housing assets.
Wen De graduated from the Singapore Management University with a Master of Applied Finance and from Nanyang Technology University with a Bachelor of Accountancy. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst. In addition, Wen De served in Singapore’s elite special forces and was a paratrooper.
