Arqline Names Dixie Anderson Executive VP of Technology Solutions & Infrastructure to Scale Its Integrated Operating Platform in Market

NEW YORK, NY - Arqline has appointed Dixie L. Anderson as Executive Vice President of Technology Solutions & Infrastructure, further strengthening the leadership team as the company continues to scale its integrated operating platform across multifamily and build-to-rent housing.

Arqline manages more than 50,000 homes nationwide, representing approximately approximately $20 billion in asset value. The company combines technology, centralized services, data intelligence, and property management expertise into a unified operating model designed to improve asset performance and resident outcomes.

Most recently, Anderson served as Senior Vice President at RPM Living, where she oversaw enterprise systems, product strategy, and technology initiatives supporting one of the nation's largest multifamily portfolios.

Prior to RPM Living, Anderson held leadership roles with Kushner, Related Companies, and Willow Bridge Property Company, helping align operations, technology, and business strategy across large-scale multifamily organizations.

"The future of property management depends on aligning operations, technology, and data at scale," said Jessica Beck, Chief Executive Officer of Arqline. "Dixie has spent her career working across owners, operators, investors, and technology providers, and that perspective will be invaluable as we continue building a platform designed to deliver stronger outcomes for our teams, clients, and communities."

In her new role, Anderson will oversee technology solutions, enterprise systems, data infrastructure, and technology partnerships, helping ensure technology investments support operational performance, scalability, and long-term growth across the organization.

"What drew me to Arqline is the belief that operational excellence and technology aren't separate conversations," said Anderson. "The opportunity is to build an operating model where technology, data, and people work together to create better outcomes for residents, clients, and onsite teams."

Anderson joins Arqline as the company continues expanding its national footprint and investing in the infrastructure, systems, and operational capabilities that support performance at scale.
