FORT LAUDERDALE, FL - AmeriCraft Homes and M Group Companies, co-developers, closed on a $60 million construction loan from DLP Capital for Margaritaville Vacation Residences Myrtle Beach, a 271-unit, resort-style residential community in Arcadian Shores. This development will be the area’s first new coastal condominium offering in more than a decade.
Following the loan closing, vertical construction commenced on June 1, 2026. Building 1, 2 and all resort amenities are expected to be completed by late 2027.
