Cross Street Announces Opening of ORRIS Luxury Rental Townhomes with Move-In Ready Residences in Ohio's Rocky River Market

CHICAGO, IL - A collection of new luxury rental townhomes is now open and move-in ready at ORRIS in Rocky River, Ohio. Developed by TKG and located along Center Ridge Road, the highly anticipated Phase II expansion of the ORRIS community introduces 25 newly constructed townhomes designed to deliver the comfort, privacy and quality of single-family living in a maintenance-free rental setting.
