Colliers Announces Sale of 152-Unit Apex Apartments and 149-Unit Residences at White Rock Lake in Dallas-Fort Worth Market

DALLAS, TX - Colliers is pleased to announce the sale of two multifamily communities in North Texas: Apex Apartments in Fort Worth and Residences at White Rock Lake in Dallas. The transactions underscore continued investor demand for value-add multifamily opportunities across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Colliers represented the seller in both transactions. Additional terms of the sales are undisclosed.

Apex Apartments is a 152-unit community located at 5320 E. Rosedale Street in Fort Worth, approximately six miles east of downtown. Built in 1968, the property spans more than seven acres and consists of 10 two-story buildings offering a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. The asset has recently undergone significant capital improvements, including roof replacements, HVAC upgrades, enhanced lighting, security camera installation and the restoration of previously offline units, positioning the property for continued lease-up and operational stabilization.

Residences at White Rock Lake, located at 9332 Beck Avenue in Dallas, is a 149-unit multifamily community built in 1970 on approximately 5.3 acres. The property features a mix of one- and two-bedroom and townhome-style units across 13 buildings and benefits from its proximity to White Rock Lake, as well as convenient access to major thoroughfares and key employment and entertainment hubs throughout Dallas. The acquisition offers a compelling value-add opportunity through continued unit upgrades, operational efficiencies and additional revenue enhancements.
