Since joining Bozzuto in 2019, Hastie has advanced the company’s development platform through strategic vision, deep expertise in the multifamily and mixed-use industry, and a collaborative approach to project delivery. She has played a key role in navigating evolving market conditions, advancing public-private partnerships, and guiding developments from concept through completion.
Hastie leads mixed-use projects across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and the West Coast, overseeing all phases of development from acquisition and entitlement through design, financing, construction, lease-up, and disposition. Among her recent accomplishments, Hastie served as lead developer for Atwell on Spring, a mixed-use community featuring 375 apartment residences and retail space anchored by MOM’s Organic Market. She also led The Chester at Westlake in the San Francisco Bay Area to a financial closing and groundbreaking last summer, marking Bozzuto’s first development on the West Coast.
