RMK Management Named Property Manager for Cobblestone Creek and Fountain Ridge Apartment Communities in Pleasant Prairie

CHICAGO, IL - RMK Management Corp., one of the Midwest’s largest market-rate apartment management firms, has been named property and leasing manager for two rental properties in Pleasant Prairie, Wis., both of which were recently purchased by Santefort Real Estate Group. The communities, Cobblestone Creek and Fountain Ridge, are both fully occupied.

The village of Pleasant Prairie is centrally located between Kenosha, Wis., and the Illinois border, which are each just a 15-minute drive away. Offering convenient access to major commuter corridors connecting residents to Milwaukee, about 37 miles to the north, and Chicago, 56 miles to the south, the Pleasant Prairie area is also highly sought after for its abundant entertainment and recreational amenities.

Completed in 2013, Cobblestone Creek is located at 9300 Prairie Ridge Blvd., at the intersection of Prairie Ridge Boulevard and 94th Avenue. The community has 164 units and offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units one to three baths. Select units include lofted bedrooms. The pet-friendly community features a clubhouse and two reflection ponds.

Apartments at Cobblestone Creek measure 448 to 1567 square feet and feature upscale finishes, such as vaulted ceilings, luxury vinyl flooring throughout, kitchens with a full appliance package and eating area, in-unit laundry and walk-in closets. Apartments include either a private balcony or patio. The community has 164 underground parking spaces.

Just south of Cobblestone Creek is Fountain Ridge, which is located at 8929 83rd St. at the intersection of Bain Station Road and 88th Street. Featuring a clubhouse, three reflection ponds, and outdoor surface parking, the 13-building property has 262 units and was built between 2017 and 2019.

Fountain Ridge offers the choice between traditional apartments in studio, one- and two-bedroom designs with 1 to 2½ baths, as well as 88 direct-access one- or two-story townhomes, which have two to three bedrooms, 1½ to 2½ baths and attached garages. Residences at Fountain Ridge measure 476 to 1710 square feet.

Units feature upscale finishes such as granite countertops, kitchens with a full appliance package, luxury vinyl plank flooring in main living areas, in-unit laundry and walk-in closets. Select apartments have a private balcony or patio. The pet-friendly community has 180 underground parking spaces.

Pleasant Prairie Premium Outlets and Boundless Adventures – Kenosha Zipline and Aerial Park are both approximately 5 miles away. Residents of the rental communities are near Pleasant Prairie Elementary School, a KinderCare day care center, and Pleasant Prairie RecPlex, the largest municipal recreation facility in the country, containing a broad range of parks, fields and facilities. Residents also are less than a 20-minute drive to the Lake Michigan shoreline and numerous beaches and state parks along the lakefront.
