Multifamily Innovation® Council to Host Live Technology Webinar Ahead of Multifamily Innovation® Technology & AI Summit

SCOTTSDALE, AZ - The Multifamily Innovation® Council announced today it will host a free live virtual webinar titled Beyond the All-in-One: Why the Future of Multifamily Tech Is Integrated, AI-Driven, and Built Around You on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM Pacific / 1:00 PM Eastern.

The educational session is designed for multifamily owners, operators, and property management leaders navigating a rapidly changing technology landscape, one where the promise of all-in-one platforms has often created more complexity than clarity. As portfolios grow and resident expectations rise, the webinar will focus on what integration-first, AI-embedded technology looks like in practice and how operators can evaluate their current stack against the real demands of scale. This live webinar is part of the Council's ongoing education series leading into the Multifamily Innovation® Technology & AI Summit, the industry's annual gathering focused on investment performance, innovation, leadership, and operational resilience.

"The all-in-one model made a compelling promise, but for most operators it delivered forced migrations, locked-in contracts, and systems that still don't talk to each other," said Patrick Antrim, Chairman of the Multifamily Innovation® Council. "This session is about helping multifamily leaders understand what a connected, integration-first operating ecosystem actually looks like and what questions they should be asking before their next technology decision."

Joining Antrim for the live conversation is Dickson Chu, COO of Concierge Plus, a platform with over 20 years serving multifamily and HOA operators across North America. Chu brings a background in FinTech and payments, offering a perspective on security, compliance, and responsible AI deployment that goes beyond the typical property technology discussion.

During the live session, attendees will gain:

  • Insight into why integration-first technology outperforms all-in-one consolidation for growing multifamily portfolios
  • Clarity on how AI gets deployed responsibly when resident data and payments are involved
  • Practical understanding of what seamless onboarding looks like when a platform is built around existing operations
  • Context on how resident experience technology directly connects to retention and NOI
  • A framework of strategic questions every multifamily leader should be asking their current and prospective technology partners

The webinar is educational in nature and is intended to support informed decision making for multifamily organizations of all sizes.

Attendance for the live virtual event is free, with advance registration required. Participants will also be invited to continue the conversation at the upcoming Multifamily Innovation® Technology & AI Summit, where industry leaders will explore deeper themes related to investment strategy, innovation, and long-term value creation.
