PAOLI, PA - TSB Realty, LLC successfully completed the sale of U Club Townhomes at Oxford, a 132-unit, 528-bed student housing community located pedestrian to the University of Mississippi campus in Oxford, Mississippi. College Town Communities purchased the property from an undisclosed seller.
